Spring 2023

Aperol Spritz launched a fragrance built for summer afternoons poolside. Shelley's concept, and together we turned it into a full editorial campaign: Palm Springs leisure, shimmering pools, cocktails in hand, a palette of pool blue, Aperol orange, and black-and-white stripe.

The label was a departure from the house look, pulled from classic Italian aperitif bottles. I wrapped it in an ornate sun-ray border stamped in gold foil, so it pops against the orange liquid inside. This was also the campaign where we brought hands into the frame, stacked with big gaudy jewelry, for a sense of friends and conviviality. I designed the packaging and the catalog, co-styled the shoot, and retouched the final imagery.
